What is Metafit?

Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. Metafit works! It’s tough, but its meant to be.
There is no Metafit ‘Beginner’ class. Metafit is a high intensity interval workout regardless of the fitness level. Each exercise will have a progression or regression that will enable every individual person to work as hard as he or she can.

So what is MetaPWR then?

MetaPWR is the new workout from Metafit, sticking to our fundamental HIIT training principles, we have created a 30 minute power circuit using functional kit like sandbags, kettlebells etc..to work muscle and boost metabolism.

What is Boxfit?

Boxfit is a fun filled cardiovascular workout, with classes lasting between 45 mins to an hour.Focus is on bag work, footwork, skipping, bodyweight, freeweights and abdominal exercises as well as focus pad combinations– all focusing on fitness and toning.

What can I expect from small group training?

Small group training consists of one trainer working with a group of three to eight clients. Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and technique. By training in a small group, sessions are fun, affordable & more motivating.
